At Crafty Concepts by Cynthia, each item is carefully handcrafted and customized with attention to detail. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
🎁 Custom & Personalized Orders
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable, as they are uniquely created for each customer.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items once production has begun.
🔄 Non-Personalized Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🌸 Fresh Floral Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral arrangements are final sale.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
❌ Cancellations
Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable. Approved cancellations may be applied toward a future order at our discretion.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
