🚚 Order Processing & Delivery
All items are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on customization and order volume.
- Standard turnaround: 2–5 business days
- Shipping is available on select items
- Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout
- Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees apply)
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Please review all details carefully, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Rush orders (less than 48 hours notice) may be accepted based on availability and are subject to additional fees.

Delivery fees are calculated based on location.
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may not be guaranteed to remain in original condition.
🎁 Custom & Personalized Orders
All personalized and custom items are final sale and non-refundable, as they are uniquely created for each customer.
🌸 Fresh Floral Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral items are final sale.
If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
💳 Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or pickup.

Crafty Concepts by Cynthia is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
- Carrier delays once the package has been shipped

Due to heat and weather conditions, certain items (such as chocolates, balloons, and florals) may be affected during delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather once the order has been delivered or picked up.
